How do i place an order?
To place an order, browse our products, select the desired item, choose your size and color if applicable, and click "add to cart." Once you're ready to purchase, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping and payment details to complete the order.
How can i track my order status?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number on our "order tracking" page to see the status of your delivery. You can also track your order in the "My Account" section if you have an account with us.
What are the shipping options available?
Please allow 8–15 business days for delivery due to processing and shipping times. Thank you for your patience and support!
Can i change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please visit our "returns & exchanges" page and follow the instructions.
How long does it take to process a return?
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of purchase. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
