Happy Thinkers Shipping Policy At Happy Thinkers, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. 1. Delivery Partner Happy Thinkers uses Aramex Door-to-Door Courier Services for the delivery of orders throughout South Africa. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery services are provided by an independent third-party courier and are therefore subject to factors beyond our control. 2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may increase during promotional periods, peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Estimated Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 8–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on: Delivery location; Weather conditions; Courier operational delays; Peak shopping periods; Public holidays; Load shedding; Civil unrest; Industrial action; Natural disasters; or Any other events beyond our reasonable control. 4. Delayed Deliveries Although Happy Thinkers will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Happy Thinkers shall not be held liable for delays caused by: Courier companies; Customs or regulatory inspections; Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer; Remote or outlying delivery areas; Events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery delays do not automatically entitle customers to refunds, cancellations, compensation, or damages unless required by applicable South African law. Where a delay occurs, we will work with the courier to obtain updates and provide information to the customer where available. 5. Delivery Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Happy Thinkers will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional delivery charges, or lost parcels resulting from: Incorrect addresses; Incomplete addresses; Incorrect contact numbers; or Failure to provide required delivery information. If an order is returned due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched. 6. Risk and Ownership Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout. Ownership of goods remains with Happy Thinkers until full payment has been received. 7. Delivery Confirmation A parcel will be deemed delivered when: Signed for at the delivery address; Accepted by a person reasonably appearing to be authorised to accept delivery at the address provided; or Marked as successfully delivered by the courier in accordance with their delivery procedures. Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcels upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. 8. Lost Parcels If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, Happy Thinkers will investigate the matter with the courier company. Once the courier confirms that the parcel is lost and cannot be recovered, Happy Thinkers may, at its discretion: Replace the item; or Refund the purchase price. Investigations may take several business days to complete. 9. Delivery Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed. Happy Thinkers reserves the right to amend delivery fees at any time without prior notice. 10. Force Majeure Happy Thinkers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters; Floods; Fires; Power outages; Load shedding; Epidemics or pandemics; Civil unrest; Riots; Government restrictions; Labour disputes; or Courier service disruptions. 11.
